Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using PYPER, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms where applicable.
If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where PYPER services are available.
Telehealth and wellness services
PYPER may make available online intake, educational content, membership resources, and access to independent licensed clinicians for telehealth review where available.
- PYPER is not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care. If you are in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, call or text 988.
- Educational content and membership materials do not replace individualized medical advice.
- A clinician-patient relationship is formed only when an independent licensed clinician accepts and reviews your intake in accordance with applicable law.
- Clinical eligibility, treatment options, prescription decisions, dosing, refills, and follow-up requirements are determined by the reviewing clinician.
Prescriptions, pharmacy partners, and GLP-1 options
Prescription treatments, including body-care prescriptions and GLP-1 treatment options, are available only when clinically appropriate after provider review. PYPER does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued.
PYPER is not a pharmacy. When prescriptions are issued, they may be fulfilled by licensed pharmacy partners. Medication availability, pricing, shipping, timing, and eligibility may vary.
Compounded medication notice
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A clinician may prescribe compounded medication only when clinically appropriate and permitted by law.
Membership, content, and community
PYPER membership may include education, progress tools, lifestyle support, body-skin guidance, partner benefits, community access, and other resources. Membership features may change over time.
GLP-1 patients receive medication access together with membership support when clinically appropriate, and GLP-1 membership is required for GLP-1 care. Membership is optional for body-care patients unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, keeping account credentials secure, and using the services only for lawful personal purposes.
Payments, renewals, and availability
Prices, membership terms, shipping fees, pharmacy charges, provider fees, and available services may vary and may change over time. Any paid service will be presented with applicable pricing and terms before purchase where required.
PYPER may modify, pause, or discontinue features, membership benefits, or service availability at any time, subject to applicable law.
Email, SMS, and service communications
By submitting forms or creating an account, you may receive service-related messages. Marketing emails and SMS messages are sent only as permitted by law and your consent choices.
SMS messages are governed by the SMS Terms. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
Arbitration and class-action waiver
Dispute resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.
This arbitration and class-action waiver section survives termination of these Terms. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted.
Disclaimers and limitations
PYPER services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYPER disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Individual results vary. PYPER does not guarantee access, eligibility, prescriptions, medication availability, weight-loss outcomes, body-skin results, or any specific health outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYPER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
