Our commitment
PYPER, a Thornebrook Ventures, LLC brand, is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility practices across our website and digital tools.
Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Conformance is an ongoing effort, and some areas of the site may not yet fully meet every criterion.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, we work to:
- Use clear structure, headings, and labels.
- Provide visible keyboard focus and support keyboard navigation.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text that conveys information.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Support reduced-motion preferences for non-essential animations.
- Review forms for clear labels, instructions, and error messages.
Known limitations
We are actively improving accessibility, and some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Where content has a known limitation, we describe the issue and what to do in the meantime. Some third-party or embedded tools may not be fully accessible; if you run into a barrier, contact us using the details below and we will help you access the information or service another way.
Compatibility
We aim to support current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. If something does not work with your setup, please let us know.
Feedback (how to report a problem)
