This Policy supplements the PYPER Privacy Policy and applies to consumer health data as defined by applicable consumer health privacy laws. It does not replace notices provided by licensed clinicians, pharmacies, or other regulated care partners.
Where information is protected by HIPAA or other healthcare privacy laws, those laws and applicable notices may govern that information.
Categories of consumer health data
Depending on how you use PYPER, we may collect consumer health data such as:
- Body-skin concerns, treatment interests, symptoms, goals, product history, and progress information.
- GLP-1 interest, weight-management goals, medication interest, lifestyle support preferences, and eligibility-related responses.
- Photos, intake answers, messages, or form responses you choose to submit.
- Information about appointments, check-ins, membership support, or care coordination where available.
- Inferences derived from the information above to provide requested services or improve support.
Purposes for collection and use
We may collect and use consumer health data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve requested PYPER services.
- Support intake, eligibility workflows, provider review, prescription coordination, pharmacy coordination, membership resources, and customer support.
- Personalize educational content, reminders, progress tools, and body-skin or lifestyle support.
- Maintain safety, security, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and legal compliance.
- Communicate with you according to your preferences and consent choices.
Sources and disclosures
We collect consumer health data from you, your device or browser, your interactions with PYPER, and service providers or care partners where permitted.
We may disclose consumer health data to vendors, technology providers, customer support providers, analytics providers, licensed clinicians, pharmacies, payment processors, and other partners needed to provide requested services. We may also disclose information as required by law, with your consent, or to protect rights and safety.
Sale, advertising, and geofencing
We do not sell consumer health data for money. We do not share consumer health data for targeted advertising without consent where consent is required by law.
We do not use geofencing around health care facilities to identify, track, collect consumer health data from, or send notifications to consumers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data; access consumer health data; delete consumer health data; withdraw consent; or receive a list of certain third parties or affiliates with whom data has been shared.
